What We Do

We're guiding Egypt’s talent to startups. We study everything YC has ever published and communicate it to students through one-to-one coaching sessions, presentations in lectures, exclusive training events, and content.

Right now we have 65+ teams we support and help improve their ideas, avoid common mistakes, and launch their startups. 

This is daily work. Not weekly meetings. And the volume is what makes you good.

Who We Want

We’re not creating a big team with small roles and a small impact, we’re creating a small team where each one adds values and makes a difference. We want people who match our core values.

Friendship matters. We lift each other up when we're feeling down. We want each other to succeed. Friends give credit to other people's work and don't hoard opportunities. You measure your success by how many people you helped succeed.

Startup obsessed. You have a startup or you want to start one. A good sign of that is that you’ve applied to Rally Egypt. You have a bias towards action, you respond within 5 minutes, you can't be in other clubs because this takes real time and real focus, and you're not here for a title on your LinkedIn. You're here to do work.
